Apla

Apla is Leapla’s assistant. Apla knows your tasks, appointments and docs, and helps you with them: summarizing, planning, finding something back or suggesting a task.

Opening Apla

Click Apla on the right of the top bar.

What Apla can do

• Answer questions about what is in your Leapla: “What do I still have to do this week?”
• Make suggestions: a new task, an appointment, a piece of text in a doc.
• Summarize or rewrite long texts.

You decide

Apla never changes anything by itself. Every change comes as a suggestion with an Approve button. Only when you click does it happen. Apla uses AI and can make mistakes. Check what Apla says before you rely on it.

What Apla sees

Apla only works with data you are allowed to see. Of your docs Apla knows the titles; the content only of the doc you have open.

Usage

Every plan has an amount of AI per day, per week and per month. How much you used is shown in Settings › My subscription. When it runs out, you can buy extra AI credits or take a bigger plan.
