# Calendar

> Your appointments and the time you reserve for your tasks.

The Calendar shows your appointments by day, week or month.

## Creating an appointment

Click **New appointment** at the top of the sidebar (on a phone at the top of the page). An appointment opens in a window, where you can also link **tasks** to it, for example what you need to prepare for a meeting.

## Time for a task

Drag a task to the calendar to reserve time for it. Move an appointment by dragging it.

## Finding your way

* The **red line** shows the current time; the calendar opens at that hour.
* **Today** is highlighted in the header of the week.
* On a phone the calendar opens in the **day view**.
* With **keyboard shortcuts** you jump between days and views.

## Free and Plus

Your own calendar is free. With **Personal Plus** you connect your Google Calendar.
